This is such a hauntingly brilliant NIN song. The original features prominent piano that I recreated and expanded upon with additional synth lines, backing harmonies and ambient effects.
I wanted to evoke a glitch in the matrix, which I'm convinced is what happened when Trent Reznor channeled it into existence.
