Kaa's Hunting - Live at the Kipling House

On August 29, 2024, we were invited to famous author Rudyard Kipling's house that he had built in Dummerston, Vermont in 1892 known as Naulakha. For some good friends' wedding anniversary, Vidhi, Gordon and I presented a tale from Kipling's Jungle Book to a small audience seated in the reading area designed by Kipling to read stories to his children. Vidhi and Gordon played the voices of the characters and narrator while I provided musical accompaniment on the Indian slide guitar, various percussion instruments and electronic sound effects. This is the live recording of that day's iteration of 'Kaa's Hunting'- the tale of young Mowgli's adventures getting to know his neighbors as a jungle-dweller and the true meaning of the all-important Laws of the Jungle.
